    Now that we have all the photography in hand we will enter the home in the MLS and on all the online sites. We then have you review all marketing for accuracy.

    Your Home is officially on the market! Buyers will be viewing your home with their real estate agent!

We do direct email campaigns to our client base of 1000's of potential clients. We base the amount of times a property is sent to our data base on the response and the traffic and inquiries we receive on any specific property.  The better the property shows and is priced the more attention and effort we will put into marketing that particular property.  Once we are able to find the fair market value for a property, which will be determined by the amount of traffic we receive on the listing, we will then put an extraordinary amount of effort into placing it in as many places as possible in our marketing streams.

We create a richly detailed, spectacular listing for your home, and then we need to put it in front of as many potential buyers as we possibly can. The traffic to online real estate marketplaces is skyrocketing.

Our listings always include Google mapping with satellite imagery, virtual tours, and many other features to showcase your property at the highest level.

We also have the option of having videos done on a particular property.  We have found that videos attract more attention and views than just pictures alone.   The cost of videos varies and will need to be determined on a case by case basis.   With certain properties we will absorb the cost of the video for properties that have a high potential of selling very quickly. 


The software we use allows us to market your listing in such a way that it is more likely to be found in online searches. This is thanks to a few key components.

Your listing will have its own web address.

When your property is listed it will appear on the following websites that we input your listing information:

Neighborhoods.- Instead of creating listings according to awkward ‘selling areas,’ each of our listings is categorized by its familiar neighborhood name. Why is this important? Simple- buyers don't type “Area Soutwest ” into search engines like Google. Instead, it is estimated that over 60% of all real estate searches have a neighborhood element such as “homes for sale in Colorado Springs, Colorado.” Because we will categorize your listing accordingly, it will have a better chance of being found via these crucial searches.

Better Information.-Because we add as many high-quality photographs and as much richly detailed information to your property listing as possible, it will have a significantly better chance of attracting more buyers. We can use professional voice-overs to describe the property while the prospect is looking at the photos. And depending on your budget we can enhance your listing with custom videos of your property. 

More personality.- No one knows your home better than you do. That’s why, if you’re interested, we are able to set up a special area of your listing where you can add your own comments. You can even log in via your own password and access statistics on the visitors your listing is attracting.



We subscribe to the Point 2 Agent National Listing Service, a web service that connects real estate professionals with one another and with the most important real estate advertisers on the web. The NLS allows us to advertise your listing not only on our website, but on many other local real estate websites, and on some of the busiest real estate marketplaces on the internet. Thanks to this listing service, and to our numerous contacts, you will see that we belong to a powerful online network that can make a substantial difference in the exposure your property receives.

Our company “handshakes” (this is a reciprocal agreement of posting listings) with over 500 other real estate companies around the world.  This gives your property even more exposure as well as listing your property on other successful real estate websites, such as these. 

Multiple Search Platforms.-  We will also place your listing in real estate specific search sites such as Point2 Homes, Oodle, Trulia, Zillow and Realtor.com. . . we will also push it out all over the web, to the busiest real estate marketplaces online.


Virtual Tour:

Professional photographer will come to your home and create a virtual tour of your property with High Definition photos to showcase your home.  Your property's virtual tour will be linked to seven of the above websites.

Property Portfolio Book:

A Hard Cover book will be placed inside the house with school information, neighborhood demographics, covenants, utilities  and information you think might be of interest to the buyer.

Color Flyers:

Color flyers will be displayed inside your home, given to real estate agents and e-mailed to buyers upon request.
